About the Program
The Capstone Program is a youth-led career access and mentorship initiative in Pakistan. It exists because talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
Why it exists
In Pakistan, professional growth is often filtered through factors students cannot control: where they studied, what networks they have, and whether they were ever exposed to the hidden rules of recruitment. Capstone exists to demystify those systems and make professional literacy accessible.
How it works
Capstone runs for 4 weeks, fully online. Fellows move through guided sessions, career assignments, mentorship feedback, and structured progress.
